Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting 2–3 senior executives at Crux, a clean-energy capital platform. Managing calendars, communications, travel, events, and executive operating workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and gatekeep access for 2–3 senior executives
  • Prioritize meetings against business objectives, clarify titles, build attendee lists, provide preparation context, and protect focus time
  • Triage non-securities email, prioritize messages, draft executive responses, and develop trusted delegation
  • Route regulatory-compliance-related matters through the executive
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas
  • Attend select meetings, capture follow-ups, and track action items through completion
  • Coordinate interview loops and maintain current candidate feedback
  • Maintain HubSpot, Rippling, and Ramp workflow hygiene
  • Keep light CRM data clean and current
  • Maintain an integrated view of business and personal travel and health appointments
  • Coordinate closing dinners, team onsites, conferences, and client and investor events
  • Provide light deck editing and formatting support
  • Travel approximately once a month for team onsites and events
  • Operate proactively, make decisions within defined boundaries, escalate when needed, and provide real-time responsiveness across Slack, text, and email

Requirements:

  • Strong judgment and prioritization
  • High discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage up and push back when needed
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Systems-oriented, able to impose structure where needed
  • AI fluency or appetite to develop it
  • Experience supporting senior executives in finance, banking, or another regulated environment is nice to have
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools is nice to have
  • Ability to learn financial concepts and investor workflows on the job
  • Willingness to work long hours and provide real-time responsiveness
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month
