Job Description
Executive Connect Manager delivering curated sponsor–executive meetings and Invite-Only experiences. Supporting TM Forum’s global telecom alliance across events, sponsors, and senior CSP decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple annual events
- Manage sponsor onboarding, including profiles, target accounts, and objectives
- Conduct tailored outreach to high-level CSP delegates, including confirmations and reminders
- Coordinate meeting scheduling, resolve conflicts, manage shared meeting rooms, and oversee onsite operations
- Manage the Invite-Only cycle from attendee wish-lists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting, approvals, and session flow
- Ensure invitations, reminders, and onsite instructions provide a seamless participant experience
- Fulfil acquisition plans targeting senior CSP decision-makers across global markets
- Support sponsors in refining audience wish-lists and defining session or meeting objectives
- Handle escalations involving targeting, scheduling, approvals, or attendance
- Act as a trusted advisor to sponsors throughout the delivery cycle
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, workload priorities, and task clarity across programme delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, Marketing, and Insights teams
- Contribute to consistent ways of working and improve delivery quality across events
- Contribute data to event retrospectives and identify improvement opportunities
- Suggest enhancements to workflows, SOPs, templates, timelines, and communication processes
- Support best practices in targeting, outreach, data capture, and attendee engagement
- Anticipate risks and implement preventive solutions
- Track acquisition progress, delegate confirmations, meeting scheduling, attendance approvals, and delivery risks
- Provide ongoing updates for cross-team alignment and timely action
- Produce post-event insights and recommendations
- Contribute to broader Sponsor Success reporting
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering executive-level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or high-value client engagement
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones
- Skilled communicator able to engage confidently with high-level CSP executives and senior sponsor representatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and sound judgement when managing escalations or time-sensitive issues
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programmes is beneficial
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management platforms is an advantage
