Job Description

Executive Vice President driving Global Entertainment sector performance at Circana through analytics and insights. Leading a world-class global team with a transformative vision in entertainment commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital Revolution in Global Entertainment.
  • Own the sector’s full P&L with a relentless focus on growth, profitability, and market disruption—leveraging data-driven strategies and digital innovation to redefine industry benchmarks.
  • Design and execute a transformative roadmap that accelerates near-term wins while pioneering long-term growth through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and next-gen digital solutions.
  • Forge deep, strategic partnerships with C-suite leaders, positioning Circana as the indispensable advisor for navigating digital transformation and unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Drive high-impact renewals and complex contract negotiations, ensuring outcomes that amplify client success and Circana’s leadership in the digital economy.
  • Represent Circana on global stages—industry panels, conferences, and thought leadership forums—championing the future of entertainment powered by data, technology, and AI.
  • Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to launch disruptive go-to-market strategies, accelerate digital product innovation, and deliver frictionless client experiences.
  • Inspire teams to embrace agility, creativity, and bold thinking—empowering them to innovate and outperform in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to design adaptive organizations, develop next-generation leaders, and implement cutting-edge learning and performance strategies.
  • Serve as the sector’s ambassador in corporate initiatives, including M&A, AI adoption, digital transformation projects, PR engagements, and employee-led innovation programs.

Requirements:

  • 10–20 years of progressive experience driving commercial success in global organizations serving General Merchandise (GM), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly across local, regional, and global teams—turning complexity into opportunity.
  • A track record of inspiring large, diverse teams to rally behind a bold vision and execute with precision and agility.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills to cut through complexity, align resources, and deliver transformative results under accelerated timelines.
  • Outstanding ability to craft compelling narratives and influence at every level—both written and verbal.
  • Agility, creativity, and innovation in leveraging data, technology, and AI to solve complex client challenges and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred for leaders ready to shape the future.
