Job Description
Regional Sales Manager leading a team of Business Development Managers at OrderYOYO. Driving regional success and growth by managing partner restaurants and optimizing marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the success and growth of OrderYOYO in your region
- Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers
- Manage acquisition, activation, engagement, and profitability of partner restaurants
- Monitor and optimize marketing activities
- Provide daily leadership and support to your team
Requirements:
- Experience in field sales or business development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Flexibility to adapt leadership styles as needed.
