Job Description
Sales Associate & Analyst responsible for driving demand generation, product launches, and pricing strategies at 3M. Overseeing marketing operations to align with business objectives and manage product portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- The Sale Assocaite & Analyst – ISD will be responsible for driving demand generation, managing product portfolios, executing new product launches, and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Oversee marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of activation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Plan and implement targeted activation campaigns across channels (digital, field, partner-led).
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with customer acquisition and conversion goals.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Manage and optimize the PSD product portfolio to ensure alignment with market needs and business strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and rationalization opportunities within the portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product introductions.
- Drive pricing strategy and execution in alignment with market dynamics and organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B / industrial / technology sectors.
- Proven experience in demand generation, portfolio management, and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing and performance tracking.
- Experience in working with cross-functional and matrix organizations.
