Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for brand strategy and customer acquisition in Southern Germany. Leading team development and sales execution for Revlon products.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the national brand strategy within your assigned territory.
- Visit, acquire, and manage new customers in alignment with the strategy.
- Develop, motivate, and coach the team to cultivate a strong “hunter” mentality and performance-driven culture.
- Analyze KPIs, derive concrete actions, and organize meetings and training sessions to improve collaboration and results.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in leading and developing teams with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication skills and empathy, with confidence and effectiveness in networking.
- Flexible and mobile, able to handle complex tasks with a high degree of initiative and reliability.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media tools.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Residence in southern Germany.
