Job Description

Field Marketing Manager responsible for building Zapier’s presence at industry events. Collaborating with Sales and Brand to optimize external engagement and pipeline influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Zapier’s third-party event ecosystem
  • Develop and manage the annual third-party event and sponsorship strategy.
  • Evaluate event opportunities based on various criteria.
  • Negotiate sponsorships and build activation plans.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for various internal teams.
  • Build a partner event enablement program in partnership with Partner Marketing.
  • Define success metrics for events and produce pre and post-event briefs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PMM, Brand, RevOps, and Partnerships for alignment.

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing experience in a B2B/enterprise environment.
  • Deep experience owning third-party event strategy, from evaluating opportunities and negotiating sponsorships to designing presence and leading on-site orchestration.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales and RevOps to connect activity to outcomes.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities based on market signals, ICP needs, and GTM priorities.
  • Exceptional communicator in a remote-first environment.
  • Thrives as a high-accountability individual contributor.
