Job Description

Field Sales Representative developing professional customer relationships for Mondelēz International. Ensuring visibility and sales capabilities while hitting key performance indicators in field sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with customers
  • Ensure high visibility with retailers
  • Implement and manage promotional activities
  • Place promotional materials in retail stores
  • Prepare reports related to activities

Requirements:

  • Sales experience required, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and packaged consumer goods
  • Bilingual (French-English)
  • Clean driving record with a Class 5 driver's license (last two years)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic professional environment and continuously develop core skills
