Job Description
Field Sales Representative developing professional customer relationships for Mondelēz International. Ensuring visibility and sales capabilities while hitting key performance indicators in field sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong business relationships with customers
- Ensure high visibility with retailers
- Implement and manage promotional activities
- Place promotional materials in retail stores
- Prepare reports related to activities
Requirements:
- Sales experience required, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and packaged consumer goods
- Bilingual (French-English)
- Clean driving record with a Class 5 driver's license (last two years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic professional environment and continuously develop core skills
