Job Description
Regionaler Außendienstmitarbeiter für Deutschlands führenden Anbieter professioneller Haushaltshilfe und Alltagsbegleitung. Aufbau und Koordination von Teams sowie Betreuung hilfsbedürftiger Kunden.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the household assistance agency in the assigned region
- Implement marketing and sales initiatives
- Build your own team of household assistants and establish a customer base
- Coordinate the team
- Ensure the care and support of all customers in need of assistance in the district
- Act as the point of contact for the district and represent it to headquarters regarding matters and decisions
- Contribute to the expansion of the district and team leadership with support from headquarters
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Outgoing and communicative personality
- Careful, consistent, and thorough approach to work
- Willingness to be highly visible and build a strong presence in the region
- Career changers are welcome
- Very good spoken and written German (at least C1 level)
