Job Description
HR intern at Wavestone providing support to teams and managers in a strategic consulting firm. Engaging in key HR processes and contributing to talent development in an international context.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR contact for teams: support employees and managers on a day-to-day basis, build close relationships and trust, and advise on existing HR initiatives (training, career and salary development, parental support, diversity, internal mobility…)
- Lead key HR processes: annual performance review campaigns, compensation policy, talent reviews, training, management of high-risk situations (psychosocial risks…)
- Produce and analyze HR reporting to inform strategic thinking and recommend concrete actions
- Drive high-impact HR projects within your scope and/or across the firm (nationally and internationally): onboarding, HR communications, career development, HRIS…
- Contribute to talent retention and development.
Requirements:
- Final-year student at a business school or university
- Proven adaptability and organizational skills across diverse environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to listen and quickly build relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with clear and structured communication
- Results-oriented, proactive, and a team player
- Good command of English, spoken and written (minimum B2)
