Job Description

VP, People Partner focusing on strategic HR partnership within Go-to-Market functions at ABC Fitness. Guiding organizational design and workforce planning in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior People Partner to leaders across all Go to Market functions, providing strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and team performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and influence key people and org decisions with credibility, judgment, and business acumen.
  • Lead GTM-focused org design, workforce planning, and change management efforts in support of company growth and evolving business priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to assess and shape team structures across Sales, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Coach C-suite and senior executives on leadership effectiveness, team health, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Guide complex global employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment, consistency, and a practical solutions-oriented approach.
  • Use people analytics, business metrics, and organizational insights to diagnose issues, identify trends, and inform recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Experience to drive aligned, high-quality people outcomes across the supported functions.
  • Lead and develop a small HRBP team, including two direct reports, while helping elevate the broader HRBP function toward more strategic partnership.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify work, improve scale, and increase effectiveness through AI tools, automation, and smarter people processes.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic HRBP leader in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading or developing senior HRBP talent.
  • Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, and/or Customer Success.
  • Deep capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, especially within scaling commercial organizations.
  • Strong executive coaching skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex global employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Data fluency and comfort using people analytics and business insights to shape decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, move with pace, and apply strong professional judgment in a dynamic global environment.
  • Highly collaborative approach and a strong commitment to cross-functional partnership in service of ABC’s values of One Team, Growth Mindset, and Best Life.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to draft, analyze, and improve work quality; ability to select the right tools for different workflows, craft effective prompts, and coach others on responsible adoption.
