Job Description
HR & People Coordinator responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance in a remote setting. Focusing on project coordination and team support to strengthen remote teams in Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Write job ads, source candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate assessments
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and support offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee files, trackers, and shared documents
- Support payroll and allowance tracking; assist with timekeeping compliance
- Draft and update SOPs, policies, and issue logs
- Assist with performance reviews, engagement tracking, and communication initiatives
- Provide reports to leadership on recruitment, attrition, and role pipelines
- Ensure all HR activity aligns with internal standards and PH labor guidelines
- Work with ops and success teams to support hiring, retention, and team performance
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in HR, recruitment, training, payroll, or coordination
- Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong written communicator
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, hiring platforms, Slack, job boards
- Bonus: Experience in a BPO, startup, or staffing agency
- Must be available for graveyard shift hours (PH time)
