Job Description

HR & People Coordinator responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance in a remote setting. Focusing on project coordination and team support to strengthen remote teams in Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Write job ads, source candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate assessments
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and support offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee files, trackers, and shared documents
  • Support payroll and allowance tracking; assist with timekeeping compliance
  • Draft and update SOPs, policies, and issue logs
  • Assist with performance reviews, engagement tracking, and communication initiatives
  • Provide reports to leadership on recruitment, attrition, and role pipelines
  • Ensure all HR activity aligns with internal standards and PH labor guidelines
  • Work with ops and success teams to support hiring, retention, and team performance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in HR, recruitment, training, payroll, or coordination
  • Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong written communicator
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, hiring platforms, Slack, job boards
  • Bonus: Experience in a BPO, startup, or staffing agency
  • Must be available for graveyard shift hours (PH time)
