Job Description
GME Finance Director overseeing financial operations and strategic planning for Graduate Medical Education at Boston Medical Center. Leading a team and ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for all activities of the GME Finance office
- provide financial leadership to the BMC-Boston, BMC-Brighton, and BMC-South GME offices
- develop short- and long-term strategic plans
- participate in financial planning and program compliance with accreditation requirements
- establish and oversee required filing and record systems
- supervise the Senior Manager BMC GME Finance and a team of Finance Analysts
- serve as a resource and advisor to training program directors & coordinators
- oversee the preparation and submission of financial materials including annual GME budget and IRIS reporting documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 8+ years’ experience in healthcare finance setting
- at least 3 years’ experience in GME finance function
- MBA/CPA preferred
- Infor or SAP experience a plus
