Job Description
Finance Operations Analyst managing the day-to-day financial operations at Giftbit. Monitoring transactions, investigating fraud, and coordinating supplier payments in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- monitor gift card and prepaid card transactions
- investigate fraud cases and chargebacks
- maintain and improve loss prevention processes
- manage supplier balances and coordinate payments
- create and track invoices
- support internal controls to reduce financial risk exposure
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
- comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
- clear and professional communication skills
- exposure to fintech, payments, gift cards, or fraud prevention is a meaningful advantage.
