Job Description
Financial Systems Manager overseeing financial systems like NetSuite and Zuora at Fullsteam. Leading a team to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency through technology and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day‑to‑day health, configuration, and optimization of financial systems.
- Oversee financial system integrations to ensure accurate data flow and strong controls.
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury to support month‑end close, reconciliations, audit readiness, and continuous close improvements.
- Monitor system upgrades and changes and identify relevant changes to implement for the organization.
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency across financial systems and processes.
- Evaluate and leverage automation, AI, and new technologies to improve workflows and data quality.
- Lead and oversee the Financial Systems team, setting priorities, assigning work, and ensuring clear ownership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience supporting financial systems, including NetSuite and billing or revenue platforms such as Zuora.
- Experience managing system integrations, vendors, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Prior experience leading or overseeing a systems or integrations team.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls (US GAAP).
- Ability to translate technical system topics into clear, actionable guidance for accounting and leadership teams.
