Job Description
Financial Analyst in E-Commerce M&A supporting online retailers with financial strategies and sales. Collaborating closely with clients to optimize their financial performance in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design and control our clients' financials at the multi‑million level
- Optimize clients' financial and sales strategies
- Strategically and operationally structure the sale of our clients' businesses
- Support the marketing and sale of our active client mandates to prospective buyers
- Conduct research during the sales process for our clients, providing deep insights into the sale of e‑commerce companies
Requirements:
- Practical experience interpreting BWA (operational performance reports) and balance sheets
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field preferred
- Understanding of Amazon FBA and online retail is an advantage
- Experience with software such as Unternehmen‑Online, Notion and Asana
- Strong skills in MS Office and the Google Workspace environment
- German: native speaker
- English: fluent
