Job Description
Financial Analyst supporting key financial and strategic initiatives at a fast-growing marketplace. Collaborating with cross-functional partners for insights to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, cost structure, and unit economics
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Analyze business performance and identify key drivers and trends
- Partner with Growth, Operations, and Product teams to support strategic and ad hoc analyses
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational investments
- Present financial insights in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling from first principles
- Ability to work with incomplete or evolving data and derive actionable insights
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets or SQL
- Experience with US GAAP accounting standards is preferred
- Prior experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or strategic planning
