Job Description
Food & Beverage Project Manager coordinating food and drink strategies at Live Nation venues. Working with creative operations and managing production processes to enhance fan experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative needs for food and drink strategies at Live Nation venues
- Work with F&B creative operations director and senior project manager
- Manage new concept development
- Collaborate with amphitheater food and beverage directors
- Manage signage and menu needs
- Partner with club and large indoor teams
- Actively contribute in managing best practices and F&B data
- Ensure creative assets are built to specifications and meet quality standards
- Organize creative assets for handoff to internal and external partners
- Maintain relationships with internal and external resources
- Track and process creative production costs and invoices
Requirements:
- High level creative direction experience in live music entertainment or venue industry related field
- Previous leadership experience and staffing
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative applications
- Strong portfolio of previous and current design or directed work
- Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
- Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational qualities
- Understanding of general food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to clearly communicate creative requirements
- Deep understanding of brand creative production
- Knowledge of creative design resources and their workflows
- Adaptive listener
- Knowledge of onsite fan experiences and a sharp eye for popular culture, trends, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to travel to Live Nation venues around the country to learn and observe brand implementation.
