Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer building tailored customer solutions and integrations for ElevenLabs’ Audio AI platform. Partnering with strategic customers to solve complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineers and executive teams to ensure effective use of ElevenLabs technologies
- Design tailored solutions with creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise
- Brainstorm technical architectures and product features
- Build full-scale integrations
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems
- Help clients achieve their goals and push the limits of ElevenLabs technologies
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software development and software architecture
- Experience with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
- Ability to use logic to pursue optimal solutions
