Job Description
Salesforce Developer building scalable CRM solutions for enterprise clients at CI&T, an AI and technology transformation company. Developing Salesforce Core Cloud features, automation, integrations, and client-facing delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types
- Build automation using Flows, declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft
- Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards
- Enhance Sales Cloud functionality, including Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows
- Support Service Cloud features, including Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing
- Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences
- Work within Agile delivery squads and support client-facing engagements
- Help shape business outcomes through CRM and platform automation
Requirements:
- Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL
- Experience with automation tools and API integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards
- Advanced English communication skills
- Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce (nice to have)
- Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements (nice to have)
