Job Description

B2B Sales Lead role at Joy_ focusing on sales channel ownership and scaling growth strategies. Lead sales initiatives while collaborating closely with co-founders in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own and scale our B2B sales channel — growing it from a profitable base into a repeatable, team-driven growth engine.
  • Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel, including strategy, execution, metrics and results.
  • Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine.
  • Build and document sales processes and playbooks across lead generation, outreach, pipeline management and closing.
  • Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the standard for future hires.
  • Lay the foundation for a growing sales team, including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding.
  • Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale outreach, follow-ups and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility.
  • Proven track record of closing deals, meeting targets and handling objections.
  • High ownership and self‑starter mentality with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Outgoing, confident and people-oriented — you genuinely enjoy sales conversations.
  • Cold outreach feels like a game to you; you enjoy researching, messaging and calling prospects.
  • Active use of AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
