Job Description
FP&A Product Lead driving financial strategy and product features for enterprise solutions. Collaborating with teams to integrate financial tools and enhancing enterprise planning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy for finance and budgeting domain while collaborating with Product Managers.
- Work directly with engineering and design from problem definition through feature completion.
- Define how Loop helps organizations set investment thresholds and align budget with actuals.
- Partner closely with Tempo’s integrations team to connect Loop to ERP and financial systems.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years in enterprise finance, FP&A, ERP implementation, or financial systems consulting.
- Hands-on experience with how organizations actually budget large programs, including the tradeoffs between cost centers, headcount planning, and CapEx vs. OpEx treatment
- Familiarity with enterprise finance or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or similar) and where they fall short
- Using AI in your work related to enterprise planning, financial forecasts and budgets.
- Ability to sift through complex workflows and produce clear output.
- Ability to write a crisp one-pager that earns alignment without calling a meeting.
- Willingness to collaborate and share plans early with others.
