Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant providing support for business management consulting. Responsible for scheduling, correspondence, and project management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange events, appointments, and travel bookings, ensuring smooth schedules.
  • Manage phone calls and handle all types of correspondence, including emails, letters, and forms.
  • Attend meetings, take clear and detailed notes, and share minutes as needed.
  • Keep track of projects and maintain organized schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Administrative or Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, Gmail, and Google Drive.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
