Job Description
Freelance paid social specialist building Instagram acquisition funnels for Social Discovery Group’s global social discovery platforms. Generating and optimizing high-quality B2B partner leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media lead generation strategy, primarily through Instagram
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid social and targeted advertising campaigns
- Build and continuously improve a lead generation funnel aimed at attracting relevant B2B partners
- Develop a content plan for social media and manage regular content publishing
- Create or coordinate content, including posts, visuals, and ad creatives
- Identify target audiences and develop effective acquisition approaches
- Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign formats to improve lead quality and volume
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
- Track the number and quality of leads generated and identify optimization opportunities
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations
- Suggest new channels, tools, or approaches that may generate better results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid social, performance marketing, and/or lead generation
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of generating and qualifying B2B leads through social media
- Track record of delivering measurable business results through social media acquisition
- Experience independently setting up campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing based on data
- Strong understanding of audiences, targeting, conversion funnels, and lead quality
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented mindset focused on lead quality
- Good understanding of content creation and social media communication
- English - B2+
- Experience in dating, creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment, or similar industries is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or visual generation is a plus
