Job Description
Entry-level talent lead generation for a remote recruiting startup connecting Latin American professionals with US startups and agencies. Researching candidates, writing outreach, and optimizing reply rates.
Responsibilities:
- Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them
- Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers to improve reply rates
- Post and promote roles to attract suitable applicants
- Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates
- Organize the pipeline and follow up with candidates
- Use AI and sourcing tools at scale while maintaining a personal touch
- Track performance and adjust the approach based on metrics
- Source candidates for marketing, creative, paid media, performance, growth, and data roles
Requirements:
- Strong written English
- Ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template
- Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning
- Resourcefulness with new tools and no script
- Organization and follow-through
- Competitive streak and self-motivation
- Comfort with basic metrics and testing/adjusting approaches
- Concrete example of using a tool, tactic, or automation to work smarter or hit a goal
- No recruiting experience required
- Bonus: Background in lead generation, marketing, growth, sales, business development, or customer success
- Bonus: Experience at a marketing or creative agency
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, outreach, or prospecting tools
