Job Description
German-speaking customer support role assisting customers with account, billing, product, and technical inquiries. Fully remote within Greece, with relocation support and training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Support German-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email
- Assist with account, billing, product, and technical inquiries
- Help customers resolve issues and provide a positive experience
Requirements:
- C1+ German
- B2+ English
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
