Job Description
VIP Host managing player relationships and personalized service in German and Hungarian. Supporting retention, rewards, CRM records, and compliance for RISK’s international iGaming operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned VIP players
- Provide personalized support and premium customer service in German and Hungarian
- Communicate proactively with VIP players via calls, messengers, emails, and other channels
- Develop and implement personalized retention and reactivation strategies
- Monitor player activity, behavior, preferences, and engagement levels
- Create and offer tailored bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards
- Analyze player performance and portfolio KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle VIP player requests, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate player profiles and communication history in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP experience
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML policies
Requirements:
- Premium customer service in German and Hungarian
- Ability to communicate with VIP players via calls, messengers, emails, and other channels
- Ability to develop and implement personalized retention and reactivation strategies
- Ability to monitor player activity, behavior, preferences, and engagement levels
- Ability to create and offer tailored bonuses, promotions, and exclusive VIP rewards
- Ability to analyze player performance and portfolio KPIs
- Ability to handle VIP player requests and resolve issues promptly
- Experience with CRM systems or ability to maintain accurate player profiles and communication history
- Knowledge of Responsible Gaming (RG), KYC, and AML policies
- German and Hungarian language proficiency
