Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Support the identification of growth opportunities and performance improvements for digital products
- Assist with the design, documentation, and tracking of A/B tests and experiments
- Monitor performance indicators and support results analysis
- Gather data and generate insights to support team decision-making
- Participate in projects focused on optimizing conversion, engagement, and user experience
- Support the tracking of initiatives alongside cross-functional squads
- Contribute to organizing information, presentations, and supporting materials for the team
- Participate in discussions about new tests, hypotheses, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Interest in digital products, data, and business growth
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting information
- Knowledge of digital metrics (not required)
- Academic or practical experience with data analysis (not required)
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing (not required)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar tools (not required)
- Interest in Product, Growth, and Customer Experience (not required)
