Job Description
Growth Lead architecting and owning full-funnel growth system across web and mobile at Promova. Focus on data-driven experimentation velocity, funnel conversion, and cross-functional collaboration for business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and own the full-funnel growth system across web and mobile
- Connect CRO, ASO, lifecycle, and organic growth into a predictable data-driven machine
- Own experimentation velocity: quality and speed of learning
- Manage funnel conversion as revenue streams
- Achieve ROMI-positive scaling
- Establish a single source of truth for consistent data measurement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on monetization, onboarding, and paywall iteration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in growth product management/product marketing management/product-led marketing
- Proven experimentation track record
- Strong analytics chops — funnels/journeys, cohorts, incrementality
- Experience scaling B2C subscription products (web and/or mobile)
- Cross-functional leadership with measurable outcomes
- Proven leadership in growth product management/conversion rate optimization
- Background in EdTech, language learning, or content-heavy subscriptions is a plus
- Experience building an experimentation program from fragmented processes
- Hands-on AI or automation experience in growth workflows
