Job Description

Growth Lead architecting and owning full-funnel growth system across web and mobile at Promova. Focus on data-driven experimentation velocity, funnel conversion, and cross-functional collaboration for business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and own the full-funnel growth system across web and mobile
  • Connect CRO, ASO, lifecycle, and organic growth into a predictable data-driven machine
  • Own experimentation velocity: quality and speed of learning
  • Manage funnel conversion as revenue streams
  • Achieve ROMI-positive scaling
  • Establish a single source of truth for consistent data measurement
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on monetization, onboarding, and paywall iteration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in growth product management/product marketing management/product-led marketing
  • Proven experimentation track record
  • Strong analytics chops — funnels/journeys, cohorts, incrementality
  • Experience scaling B2C subscription products (web and/or mobile)
  • Cross-functional leadership with measurable outcomes
  • Proven leadership in growth product management/conversion rate optimization
  • Background in EdTech, language learning, or content-heavy subscriptions is a plus
  • Experience building an experimentation program from fragmented processes
  • Hands-on AI or automation experience in growth workflows
