Job Description
Growth Manager leading the growth strategy for T.A. Monroe, a B2B agency focused on sustainable revenue. Requires 5+ years experience in digital marketing and growth with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve the agency’s growth strategy from lead generation through to conversion, focusing on quality and scalability.
- Partner with the CEO and team leads (CX, Delivery & Operations) to ensure growth efforts align with business priorities.
- Experiment with and scale growth channels—including paid acquisition, outbound email, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze funnel and campaign data to optimize for lead quality, conversion, and cost-efficiency.
- Build lightweight automation and CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist) to support outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with our Virtual Assistant on list building, targeting, and email strategy refinement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor tactics to keep our growth engine cutting-edge.
- Act as a one-person growth function—self-sufficient, highly hands-on, and embedded with internal team members for support, but with no direct reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing—agency or B2B experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with CRM/email automation, paid media, and data analytics tools.
- Analytical, creative, and outcome-oriented, with a knack for building and iterating on growth systems.
- Confident working independently in a fast-moving, remote team across time zones.
