Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager executing paid media campaigns for Superbolt, a global agency specializing in long-term brand growth. Collaborating with teams to optimize digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns
- Analyze performance data to identify insights, diagnose issues, and inform budget allocation
- Build and maintain clear, structured reporting
- Implement and validate experimentation frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure media execution and creative output alignment
- Contribute to clear performance narratives that align channel results to broader business objectives
- Maintain working knowledge of adjacent growth levers
- Leverage cutting-edge AI platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field
- At least 2 years of proven growth marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify
- Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with US brands is a plus
