Job Description

Lead Practice Growth Director enhancing enterprise-wide practice management, providing mentorship to financial advisors and teams. Drives practice growth strategies with a focus on advisor outcomes and client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plays a critical leadership role in advancing enterprise-wide delivery and execution of practice management.
  • Serves as a player-coach, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Guides the development and execution of scalable practice growth strategies.
  • Drives consistent execution that results in exceptional advisor outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience coaching financial advisors.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop peer leaders.
  • Deep expertise in practice management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI.
  • Professional designation or history of significant progress toward achievement preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
  • Flexibility to travel (will include overnight) and conduct business during evening hours.
