Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager at Mira Mace driving direct-to-consumer patient acquisition. Designing experiments and strategies to engage Medicare patients through various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own our direct-to-consumer patient acquisition engine
- Design and prioritize the experimentation roadmap for Google and Facebook/Meta ads
- Build our influencer marketing strategy from scratch
- Own the marketing performance dashboard
- Own the design and optimization of landing pages and content experiences that convert
- Develop the strategy for organic patient acquisition through SEO and AEO
- Experiment with the latest AI tools and workflows to automate and accelerate the marketing pipeline
Requirements:
- 6-10 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors for campaign execution
- Strong analytical instincts
- Experimentation-native mindset
- Enough design sensibility to concept a landing page and give actionable feedback on creative
- Clear, concise communicator — especially in writing
- Bias toward speed and iteration
- AI-curious and hands-on
- Bonus points for experience marketing to Medicare, senior, or caregiver populations
