Job Description

Growth Marketing Specialist executing multi-channel campaigns for AchieveIt, managing digital footprint and ensuring events and webinars run flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • AchieveIt is looking for a versatile, data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
  • Responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline.
  • Manage our digital footprint and ensure our events and webinars run flawlessly.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing targeted web content to drive organic traffic.
  • Oversee our relationship with our digital marketing agency and manage digital marketing reporting.
  • Manage our social media channels and assist with PR execution.
  • Drive the logistics and promotion for demand-generation webinars and industry events.
  • Assist in developing a customer marketing strategy that promotes customer growth and retention.
  • Support inbound and outbound campaigns by ensuring all moving parts are aligned and executed on time.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a growth, digital, or integrated marketing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Passionate about the role marketing plays and excited to bring new, fresh ideas to AchieveIt
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the strategic planning and strategy execution market is preferred
  • Experience in marketing to government entities is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), WordPress, and Google Analytics. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly as our stack grows.
  • Familiarity with common AI tools and the ability to leverage them to drive outcomes.
