Job Description

Head of Creative & Marketing leading a creative team at hurra.com, a digital performance agency. Responsible for strategic development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our creative team (Design, Copy, Content)
  • Develop a forward-looking marketing strategy for hurra.com – in collaboration with Management & Sales
  • Supervise campaigns, branding projects, and pitches – both internal and external
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Strengthen our creative excellence through structure, tools, inspiration, and technology transfer
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and performance units
  • Integrate new technological capabilities (e.g., AI-driven creation, automated asset production) into creative workflows

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Head of Marketing – ideally within a digital agency environment
  • Strong conceptual and design skills in digital brand communication
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, digital advertising channels, and the role of creative work in data-driven strategies
  • Experience with AI tools and workflows in creative production – e.g., for visuals, copy, or personalization
  • Enthusiasm for actively integrating new technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, or automated asset testing into daily work
  • Experience leading creative teams and building efficient, modern processes
  • Strategic sensibility for brand development – both internal and external
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and strong English proficiency
  • Remote work experience and preferably residence outside Germany (e.g., EU, Asia, MENA)
