Job Description
Head of Marketing responsible for leading strategy, campaigns, and growth at a crypto-first gaming company. Overseeing performance marketing and team management across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across key starting point markets (LatAm & Southeast Asia)
- Build and own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: paid media, affiliate, organic, and influencers
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance directly to the CEO
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities as we scale
- Lead the existing marketing team member (Paid Media & Performance)
- Manage and evaluate external agencies, affiliate networks, and media partners
- Own the vendor roadmap: identify gaps, evaluate new partners, negotiate contracts
- Oversee paid media across Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels relevant to our markets
- Ensure attribution is accurate and that spend decisions are grounded in real performance data
- Direct affiliate program growth: Commission payment structures, partner recruitment, compliance
- Guide retention strategy: lifecycle campaigns, welcome flows, reactivation, and VIP
- Work with internal tools (e.g. Klaviyo or equivalent) and ensure CRM integrations support the player base
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in iGaming or online gambling
- Proven track record in international markets, particularly LatAm and/or Southeast Asia
- Hands-on experience operating in grey-market or lightly regulated environments
- Strong familiarity with crypto-first products and crypto-native audiences
- Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $100K+ monthly
- Confident running paid acquisition across Meta, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate channels
- Strong analytical mindset, you make decisions from data, not instinct alone
- Comfortable in a lean team: strategic and executional in the same week
