Job Description
Head of Marketing leading global marketing for Collabora Productivity, an enterprise online document collaboration company. Driving positioning, go-to-market strategy, partner marketing, launches and brand growth across international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, organise and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities, accountability and high standards.
- Define and execute Collabora's marketing strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions and partner messaging.
- Protect and enhance the Collabora brand and market reputation.
- Build and strengthen the global partner ecosystem through enablement and co-marketing.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Sales to support successful product launches and consistent messaging.
- Represent Collabora at conferences, partner events and industry forums.
- Support the CEO in communicating Collabora's vision and strategic direction.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years' hands-on experience in technology marketing across product marketing, positioning, partner/channel marketing, communications, content, events and demand generation.
- Experience within growth-stage B2B technology companies.
- Strong technical literacy with Open Source experience or familiarity.
- Experience working through partner ecosystems and delivering successful co-marketing programmes.
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling commercial propositions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- High levels of initiative, ownership and practical execution.
- Comfortable working directly with senior technical and commercial leaders.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent English essential; fluent French strongly preferred.
- Ideal experience includes enterprise software, cloud infrastructure or adjacent technology markets; digital sovereignty, security or Open Source technologies; distributed international teams; conference speaking and external representation; partner marketing and enablement programmes; and experience within or alongside Open Source communities and ecosystems.
