Job Description
Growth Marketing Director scaling Hatch’s AI lead-management platform demand engine. Driving pipeline through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, CRO, SEO, and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of marketers and agencies across paid acquisition, partnerships, SEO, web/CRO, email/lifecycle, and events
- Own Hatch’s demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Direct high-performing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels
- Manage a Performance/Paid agency
- Expand lifecycle email marketing, partnership marketing, webinars, trade shows, CRO, SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Test messaging, creative, landing pages, offers, audiences, and acquisition channels
- Optimize the website to increase engagement, lead conversion, and pipeline generation
- Develop co-marketing and channel partnership programs
- Own performance measurement, forecasting, and budget allocation
- Build dashboards, analyze performance, and develop insights using SQL, spreadsheets, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other reporting tools
- Improve attribution, reporting, marketing operations, and campaign processes
- Partner with Brand and Creative Studio, Content Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and executive leadership
- Set goals, coach direct reports, provide performance feedback, and foster experimentation, ownership, and accountability
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Experience preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing a team of marketers
- Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated demand generation programs
- Deep hands-on expertise managing paid acquisition across Google Search and LinkedIn
- Experience with Meta strongly preferred
- Experience across lifecycle marketing, partnerships, events, website optimization/CRO, SEO, and organic growth
- Strong analytical understanding of SaaS growth metrics, including pipeline, CAC, payback period, funnel conversion, LTV:CAC, and marketing ROI
- Proficiency working with SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and applying insights
- Strong messaging, copywriting, and conversion optimization skills
- Interest in using AI for productivity, campaign performance, creative development, reporting, and decision-making
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional influence skills
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
