Job Description

Head of Marketing at Everise, directing the Marketing department and aligning strategies with business goals. Focus on market positioning, team collaboration, and effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • direct and oversee the Marketing department
  • design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • develop analytical methods to assess the performance of marketing initiatives
  • use market research and customer insights to understand company, product, and competitor positioning
  • develop unique company and brand positioning in the market
  • develop strategic marketing plan for the company
  • track and document market and competitor developments
  • evolve annual marketing plan based on key corporate and product goals
  • collaborate closely with other teams including sales, product, and operations
  • prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
  • conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • provide primary oversight of corporate website
  • develop collateral that equips sales teams with necessary content and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • BPO experience required
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in media or analytics marketing experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies and plans
  • Strong background with digital marketing- Knowledge, experience, and ability to set direction across multiple digital platforms and channels (web, search engine marketing, digital display, targeted display, retargeting, OOT, organic and paid social, geofencing etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Previous B2B and B2C SaaS experience
  • Significant experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to measure ROI and set strategy
  • Experience with reporting and statistical platforms to create integrated visualizations of data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with and managing team sizes of 2-5 people
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones.
