Job Description

Head of Creative Strategy owning and evolving creative product for BM Digital's diverse client portfolio. Focusing on performance-driven creative strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the creative product across the client portfolio
  • Set the creative standard and ensure best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with a group of strategists to improve performance and creative decisions
  • Align creative strategy with creator processes for optimal results
  • Manage new client launches and ensure rapid onboarding success

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in performance creative, managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously
  • Understanding of direct response creative and conversion drivers
  • Strong opinions on performance across platforms like Meta and TikTok
  • Ability to develop junior strategists and challenge senior ones
