Job Description
Head of Creative Strategy optimizing creative performance across clients at BM Digital. Leading trends on Meta and TikTok to build impactful creative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve creative product across entire client portfolio
- Track trends on Meta and TikTok to develop best practices
- Raise team's ability in diagnosing underperformance and creative storytelling
- Align creative strategy with talent and onboarding frameworks
Requirements:
- 7+ years in performance creative, mainly at an agency managing many clients
- Proven revenue impact on conversion rates and growth trajectories
- Fluency in direct response creative principles
- Strong opinions on ad performance across Meta and TikTok
- Experience developing teammates and running high-pressure client accounts
