Job Description

Head of Creative Strategy optimizing creative performance across clients at BM Digital. Leading trends on Meta and TikTok to build impactful creative strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve creative product across entire client portfolio
  • Track trends on Meta and TikTok to develop best practices
  • Raise team's ability in diagnosing underperformance and creative storytelling
  • Align creative strategy with talent and onboarding frameworks

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in performance creative, mainly at an agency managing many clients
  • Proven revenue impact on conversion rates and growth trajectories
  • Fluency in direct response creative principles
  • Strong opinions on ad performance across Meta and TikTok
  • Experience developing teammates and running high-pressure client accounts
