Job Description
Head of Product leading product strategy and team management for B2B SaaS platform. Aiming for growth and meaningful impact within the European Union.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Take full responsibility for MRR growth, retention, and churn reduction
- Lead and mentor Product team and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver impact
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions
- Define and track core SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, activation)
- Improve onboarding, activation, and long-term product engagement
- Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of product quality, scalability, and user experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS companies
- Proven experience leading product teams and mentoring PMs
- Strong ownership of business metrics (MRR, retention, churn)
- Experience managing and scaling mature, revenue-generating products
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills (English C1+)
- Comfortable working directly with founders/executives
- Based in the European Union (mandatory)
