Job Description
Vice President of Healthcare Growth & Consulting at 10Pearls leading healthcare transformation engagements. Opening new client relationships and translating strategic priorities into technology programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new transformation engagements with health plans, MCOs, and healthcare technology organizations.
- Own a named new business revenue target and develop a portfolio of healthcare transformation opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives and serve as a strategic advisor from initial conversations through contract execution.
- Represent 10Pearls in the healthcare market through executive dialogue, industry engagement, and thought leadership.
- Translate client business challenges into consulting-led transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled programs.
- Partner with consulting, product, and engineering leaders to define solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead deal-shaping efforts that position 10Pearls as a strategic transformation partner rather than a common delivery vendor.
- Cultivate CXO-level relationships across healthcare organizations.
- Lead executive conversations around digital transformation, AI-enabled healthcare capabilities, and product innovation.
- Maintain relationships throughout engagement lifecycles to support long-term partnerships and expansion.
- Work closely with consulting, design, and engineering leaders to scope engagements and ensure successful outcomes.
- Operate as a player-coach — engaging strategically with clients while remaining connected to delivery realities.
- Help build client references and case studies that support future growth.
- Provide market insight to help shape 10Pearls’ healthcare capabilities and offerings.
- Mentor commercial and delivery leaders in client development and relationship management.
- Help strengthen the reputation and consulting posture of the healthcare practice.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital transformation, strategic technology services, or healthcare-focused business development.
- Demonstrated success developing and closing new client relationships within healthcare organizations — particularly health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, or Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.
- Experience shaping consulting-led or professional services engagements, including defining scope, statements of work, and pricing aligned with delivery models.
- Proven ability to engage CXO-level executives around transformation initiatives and strategic technology investments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, particularly within the payer segment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a high-growth environment.
- Experience selling technology consulting or digital transformation services (not defined SaaS products).
- Familiarity with transformation program structures including discovery engagements, roadmap development, phased delivery, and change management.
- Experience working with or selling to health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid MCOs, or healthcare technology organizations.
- Experience operating within high-growth or PE-backed technology or services firms.
