Job Description

Head of Sales driving new business and managing sales strategy for AI/ML-driven payment solutions. Overseeing sales pipeline, team building, and market partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the sales strategy for the initial go to market phase of the product suite.
  • Drive new business through direct sales, outbound efforts, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to close, ensuring accuracy in forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, lead generation, and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes, strategies, and playbooks to foster business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish key performance metrics for monitoring progress.
  • Work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape product direction by acting as a commercial voice in the product roadmap, translating global market feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in strategic partnerships.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high performing sales team as sales grow
  • Partner with the broader North sales organization to demonstrate the ways in which the risk management suite can augment existing processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, selling AI/ML - driven solutions or technical platforms, with an ability to articulate complex algorithmic value propositions to non-technical buyers.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership or team-building roles
  • Experience in remote global sales team leadership across various time zones
  • P&L responsibility experience and managing a sales budget for a sales organization
  • Experience building or scaling sales operations in a startup or high-growth environment
