Job Description

Head of User Acquisition leading mobile performance marketing strategies for SDG's social discovery platforms. Driving user growth and team collaboration across marketing and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strong leader in mobile acquisition;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy;
  • Build and inspire effective cross-functional collaboration;
  • Lead and grow a diverse team of 5+ specialists;
  • Drive market share growth through global expansion;
  • Oversee marketing budgets for core and emerging markets;

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $1M+;
  • Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets;
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, etc.;
  • Familiarity with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks;
  • A data-driven mindset and a strong desire to analyze and optimize acquisition performance;
  • Practical experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, etc.;
  • Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English B2+);
