Job Description
Healthcare Recruitment Consultant providing client recruitment strategies and exceptional candidate experience. Managing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates based on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection process including assessing candidates and conducting phone screens
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
- Update and maintain reports such as applicant tracking system data
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates
Requirements:
- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting
- Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Possesses strong time prioritization skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency including intermediate MS office skills
