Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator focusing on proactive executive search and talent sourcing in Colombia. The role involves market research, candidate management, and coordination with recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market mapping for executive and senior-level searches
  • Identify target companies and build structured talent maps
  • Develop high-quality candidate longlists aligned with role criteria
  • Track and analyze market insights to inform search strategy
  • Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS
  • Track search progress, candidate stages, and engagement activity
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ATS
  • Support recruiters after initial candidate screening
  • Assist with interview coordination between candidates and clients
  • Schedule and confirm interviews across multiple time zones
  • Prepare candidate presentation materials and search documentation
  • Coordinate internal search update meetings
  • Schedule meetings with client talent teams to review candidate shortlists

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in executive search, recruiting coordination, research, or talent operations
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Experience conducting market mapping or competitive research
  • Hands-on experience working with an ATS (data accuracy is critical)
