Job Description

Recruiter supporting hiring for corporate roles with a focus on sales and operations. Managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a remote capacity for an international client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS systems
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Support hiring for sales and other corporate/office roles

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate/office roles)
  • Experience recruiting in the U.S. market
  • English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience hiring for sales positions is a strong plus
  • Experience working in the home improvement / home services industry is a big plus
