Job Description
Recruiter supporting hiring for corporate roles with a focus on sales and operations. Managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a remote capacity for an international client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS systems
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Support hiring for sales and other corporate/office roles
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate/office roles)
- Experience recruiting in the U.S. market
- English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience hiring for sales positions is a strong plus
- Experience working in the home improvement / home services industry is a big plus
