Job Description

1st Level Supporter providing helpdesk services for online tax solutions in Italy. Assisting citizens with tax software via phone and email from home.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st-level user and application support (taxation environment).
  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Logging, classifying and documenting incidents.
  • Escalating issues to 2nd-level support when independent resolution is not possible.
  • Ensuring phone availability and response times during the agreed working blocks (block times).

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented, friendly and confident personality with an affinity for IT.
  • Experience as a helpdesk agent is an advantage.
  • Very good Italian language skills (spoken and written); (Swiss) German skills are an advantage.
  • A quiet working environment and a fast internet connection are required.
