Job Description

PMA Audit Specialist conducting onsite inventory audits and analyzing data for customers. Requires extensive travel and collaboration with various teams in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory audits at customer and distributor locations across Canada and the Eastern United States and report findings.
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis by extracting product data from customers' ERP systems and Rockwell Automation tracking software.
  • Create program metric reports using Rockwell Automation software and other tools that meet customer requirements.
  • Make recommendations for inventory levels based on the customer's installed base, critical parts, parts lead times, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations, and obsolescence management.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on established processes to improve customer delivery and parts availability.
  • Responsible for communication between the customer, Rockwell Automation sellers and distributors, and Rockwell Automation product management to ensure required information is provided accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. We will not sponsor individuals for a work visa for this position, now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel 95% of the time (at least three nights per week)
  • Experience in business relations or customer-facing roles.
  • Five or more years of foundational knowledge in warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, auditing, or order management.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to identify issues and recognize trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP system software environments and database management is a plus.
